4. Quotes & Orders

All quotes and orders placed through ARKAY ENTERPRISES are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Errors in product descriptions or pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment information

Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be subject to market fluctuations and material availability.

5. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms for orders and services are as follows:

• Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or work order.
• Advance payment may be required for custom orders or large purchases.
• All invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

6. Delivery & Shipping

We strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner. Key delivery terms include:

• Delivery timelines are estimated based on order volume, product availability, and location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
• For bulk orders, delivery timelines will be communicated separately.

7. Returns & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our return and warranty policy is as follows:

• Damaged or Defective Products: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
