No. We quote single replacement items as readily as a full plant requirement. Freight is costed separately so small orders stay economical.
Within one working day for stocked items. Sourced or imported items take two to three working days because we confirm the supplier price and lead time before quoting you.
Anywhere in India. Gujarat and Maharashtra are served from our own vehicles, usually within 48 hours. Other states go through vetted freight partners with tracking on every consignment.
Yes. Every quote states whether the item is in our Ahmedabad warehouse, with a supplier, or on indent, along with the quantity available on the day we quote.
New accounts start on advance payment. After three settled orders we review the account for 30 day credit, subject to references and order volume.
Yes. Every consignment ships with a GST invoice, an e way bill where the value requires one, and the manufacturer test certificate for items that carry one.
Note it on the delivery challan and tell us within 48 hours. We arrange replacement or credit, and we handle the transporter claim ourselves rather than passing it to you.
